• Self Catering Booking Form
  Booking form for large or small groups, that require self catered accommodation in The TMC Chapel. Lecture equipment may be booked on this form for residential groups only.

  For booking activities please complete and return this form.

• Catered Groups Bookng Form
  The TMC is only able to provide catered accommodation to groups booking the whole centre due to Health and Safety reasons. Lecture equipment may be booked on this form for residential groups only.
  The Department of Education recommends that school groups on residentials have seperate sleeping arrangements for both sexes of staff and students. This booking form has been designed to enable both The TMC and Clients to ensure these recommendations are followed.
